       宏拓机械铸造有限公司是泵行业协会会员单位，专业从事各种水泵、阀门不锈钢配件生产。公司成立于2001年，占地面积 8000 平方米，座落于风景优美、交通发达的广州市番禺区。

  公司技术力量雄厚、设备先进，拥有先进可靠的精密铸造设备、精密机加工设备，公司采用全硅熔胶熔模精密铸造工艺。为了满足客户的各种需求，公司不断地致力于泵类、阀门配件的精密铸造、机加工技术的改进，善于生产各种形状复杂、规格大、流道窄、壁薄、性能高要求的泵配件。

  公司拥有先进的不锈钢铸造、清理、铸件热处理及精密机加工的生产能力和设备，可以为众多水泵企业生产提供各种型号的不锈钢泵配件，如：叶轮、导叶、泵体、泵盖、吸入段、吐出段、中段等；产品材质有 CF-8、CF-3、CF-8M、CF-3M 、 双相（1.4460，CD4MCu），718，904、哈氏C等；现生产的泵配件有纸浆泵系列、石油泵系列、镍基合金型化工泵、核电系列等。除了满足国内客户的需求，我们的产品更出口到美国、欧洲和日本等地区，并深受客户的好评。

公司已通过 ISO9001质量保证体系认证，建立了严格的工艺及产品监测标准和规范，配备了相应的化学成分、无损探伤、力学性能、金相等检测手段，能确保铸件的使用可靠性。公司现有铸造高级工程师 2 人，工程师 4 人，会计师 2 人，专业技术人员占公司总人数的 30 ％。公司年产量可达 1000 吨不锈钢精密铸造件和精密加工件，随着市场需求的不断扩大，公司近年来不断地引进新技术、新设备(化学成分分析光谱仪、力学性能测试机、金相分析仪、蒸汽脱蜡釜、500kg中频熔炼炉、热处理炉、热处理试验炉、等离子切割、振壳机和数控车床、立车等）。单件铸件重量可达480k为国内消熔模铸造的首创。

Hongtuo Mechanical Casting Co, Ltd.(hereafter Hongtuo) is a mechanical pump-up members in Industry Associations, professionals in various pumps, valves and other stainless steel machinery accessories. Hongtuo established in 2001 and covers 8,000㎡ in Panyu Guangzhou, enjoying convenient transport and elegant environment.

   By all-silicon investment casting process, Hongtuo is professional in producing all kinds of pump components which are complex shape, large size, channel narrow, thin-walled, high-performance. For example: Shell, Impeller, Guide vanes, cover etc. ,all are components of paper-pulp pump, petroleum pump, nickel-base alloy chemical pump, nuclear power pump.  Material: CF8, CF3, CF8M, CF3M, Duplex steel（1.4460、CD4MCu）, 718, 904, HastelloyC and so on. The products, annual output up to 1,000 tons, are well selling in domestic market, America ,Europe and Asia, etc., winning well reputation among all customers.

Hongtuo has advanced equipments for investment casting and machining. Casting-process simulation computer system, Spectrograph ,Strength Tester, Metallographic analysis instrument, Autoclave de-wax, Heat-treatment oven,500kg M-Frequency Furnace, vacuum smelting furnace, Heat-treatment testing oven, Plasma Cutting ,Shot-blasting machine, CNC-lathe, Vertical lathe, etc. ,fully facilities to assure  chemical composition, nondestructive testing, mechanical properties. The staff: 2 Senior Engineers, 4 engineers, 2 accountants, and technical staff accounted for 30%.
